Key Team Members – Rockfort Advisors

Nitin Kohli

Nitin has over twenty years of experience in financial institutions such as American Express, Standard Chartered and BNP Paribas. Nitin has a strong track record in advising and managing capital market investments for top tier families in Asia.

In his most recent role at BNP Paribas, he was working closely with ultra high net worth private clients and assisting them with respect to asset allocation, across multiple geographies.

His areas of interests are bottom up equity evaluation, behavioural finance, macro-economic overlay and geopolitics (game-theory).

Nitin holds an undergraduate degree in business studies from University of Delhi and an MBA (Finance/Strategy) from Nanyang Business School, (NTU) Singapore.

Deloris Tan

Deloris Tan has a depth of experience in the Fund Management industry, having spent 18 years with Eastspring Investments in various important roles in operations, compliance and client support. Her last role was with the regional compliance team, helping to support as many as thirteen overseas subsidiaries and two other joint ventures.

Deloris graduated from the University of London with an Honours Degree in Banking and Finance.

She is a key member of the Rockfort Advisors family helping the fund management focus in addition to her core focus on compliance, client servicing and operations.

Sybil D’Souza

Sybil is part of the operations team with a focus on infrastructure, process , record keeping and is a key person for efficiency improvement.

Prior to joining Rockfort Advisors, Sybil was in the Relationship team with Aviva Singapore.

Previously, she worked for 17 years in India with Tata Consultancy Services a global leader in IT services in various roles in business operations, project administration and compliance.

Sybil graduated from the University of Mumbai with specialisation in Business Management.
